My name is Steven Jenney and I am the owner of Oceanside Restoration. I am not new to the restoration and emergency services industry, I actually began my career in 1987 with Oceanside Restoration working my way from field technician to General Manager in 2007. At that point I was interested in gaining more knowledge of the insurance industry and chose to leave Oceanside Restoration and spend a few years working for a local insurance adjustment firm. I missed the one-on-one interaction with clients, and missed seeing a project from inception to completion so, in October of 2012, I purchased Oceanside Restoration and returned to that side of the business.
Oceanside Restoration was established in 1971 and has continued its long-standing tradition of being a family owned and operated company. I’ve learned that local ownership is the key to meeting the needs of homeowners and businesses within the community; here at Oceanside we are pleased to employ local contractors and experts in the field of restoration, and will continue to focus on our 40 year long philosophy of customer service and satisfaction.
Oceanside Restoration services all of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Plymouth County. We provide 24-hour emergency service, as well as full-service restoration and repairs. Our highest priority is ensuring our customers can return to their normal living conditions as soon as possible. This goal is helped by my long-standing relationships with insurance companies, adjusters, and local agencies – we strive for seamless interaction to get the job done, and done well!
Steven Jenney- President, CEO
Steve has over 30 years of claims settling experience from both sides of the process, with over 20 spent as Director of Operations here at Oceanside and the rest as an insurance adjuster for a local firm. In 2012, Steve had the opportunity to purchase Oceanside and brought with him a team of knowledgeable restoration specialists experienced in setting high standards, and then exceeding them. Steve has been a Cape Cod resident all of his life; he and his wife Eileen reside in West Barnstable with their blended family of 5 children: Brittany, Shawn, Ryan, Kaley and Courtney.
Eileen Kennedy- Finance/Marketing Executive Director
Eileen has over 25 years of customer service and marketing experience focused in corporate marketing and sales. Her diverse background has allowed Eileen to position Oceanside as Cape Cod’s leading Restoration Company. Eileen has built strong relationships with insurance companies, agents, adjusters, and vendors over the years and is an active member of the MA Association of Insurance Women, Cape Cod Insurance Agents Association, and the Hyannis Chamber of Commerce. In her accounting role her primary responsibility is planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Eileen and Steve enjoy spending time with family and friends, and love playing golf.
Sheree Lancaster- Director of Operations
Sheree has over 10 years of restoration experience, is IICRC Certified in water damage restoration, and is certified in mold remediation. Her valuable background experience includes project management for building trades and construction/remodeling sales. Sheree has the attention to detail required to oversee the scheduling of our crews and projects, and the empathy necessary to provide exemplary service when handling customer inquiries. Sheree takes great pride in building personal relationships with our customers during the process of their property restoration. Sheree and her husband Paul live in Marstons Mills with their daughter, Jade, and pups Keagan and Abby.
Steven Tessier - Estimator/Project Manager
Steve started his career as a designer and project manager for Motorola handling build-outs all over the country before entering the restoration business 14 years ago. His drive to succeed, competitive nature, and work ethic make him an invaluable asset to the Oceanside family. Steve holds Mass Construction Supervisor and Mass Hoisting Licenses. His responsibilities include visiting potential job sites and forecasting the expense and scope of the project. Whether large or small, Steve will work closely with our customers and insurance adjusters to handle the restoration need. Steve is a resident of Middleboro with his wife, and is the proud father and grandfather of 2 sons and 2 grandchildren.
Joseph Kennedy - Estimator/Project Manager
In 2012 Joe left his 20 year long stint as owner/operator of a large irrigation company here on the Cape to join the Oceanside family. His strong sales and customer service background combined with his charisma and unmatched work ethic make Joe a vital piece of our team. Joe constantly strives to ensure all of his customers are happy and satisfied with Oceanside’s services and workmanship. Joe acts as both an Estimator and Project Manager, seeing projects from the initial emergency response to final repairs. He also works closely with insurance adjusters to settle claims. Joe is avid sports fan and lives in West Barnstable with his wife, their 3 children, and 2 dogs.
Peter Laroche – Estimator/Project Manager
As an Estimator and Project Manager, Peter works alongside the crew at the job site, and works closely with his customers and subcontractors to make sure each job runs smoothly and efficiently. Peter has extensive experience in the remodeling field and is the lead projector manager overseeing developments such as Ocean Edge Condominiums in Brewster and our commercial restoration account with TD Banks and Johnson Controls. Peter is the proud dad of two children, Erin and Jake, and resides in Centerville.
Brian Ferreira - Estimator/Project Manager
Brian joined the Oceanside team in November of 2014. With his background as an insurance adjuster for a local firm, Brian is skilled in writing and settling insurance claims. Brian’s main focus is our Martha’s Vineyard division, but he also handles claims throughout the entire Cape. In addition to spending time with his wife, Kim, and their three daughters, Brian keeps busy as the Head Coach for the Falmouth High School girl’s hockey team. His love of hockey started long ago, he even enjoyed a brief stint as a Boston Bruin!
Holly L. Dosick - Marketing Representative
An insurance industry veteran, Holly has over 20 years of combined agency and marketing experience. Holly’s primary focus is building and maintaining strategic business relationships with agents, insurance carriers, third party administrator companies, and other related restoration industry tradesmen. She spearheads her efforts to develop and retain clients by exemplifying Oceanside Restoration’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Holly lives in Sagamore Beach with her husband, Barry.
